Nyheter: Nordic U20 Match

Vasa Idrottssällskap tackar alla deltagare och funktionärer för ett lyckat veckoslut i friidrottens tecken.  I gott samarbete med Vähänkyrön Viesti, IF Femman, Vaasan Toverit, Palosaaren Urheiluseura och Malax IF bjöd vi de främsta friidrottsjuniorerna i Norden på utsökta tävlingar.

Vasa Idrottssällskap kiittää kaikkia osallistujia ja vapaaehtoisia onnistuneesta viikonlopusta yleisurheilun merkeissä. Vasa Idrottssällskap would like to thank everyone for a successful weekend dedicated to athletics. Working together with Vähänkyrön Viesti, IF Femman, Vaasan Toverit, Palosaaren Urheiluseura, and Malax IF, we had the pleasure of hosting the Nordic region's finest junior athletes and providing an excellent setting for outstanding competitions.

Meeting Rooms 

There are some changes regarding the bookings of meeting rooms. The team manual is not up-to-date.  
Please check below. The digital screens at the hotel entrance should be up-to-date.

Please keep this in mind when leaving the room

For your convenience, the Local Organising Committee (LOC) has negotiated a very favourable arrangement with the hotel regarding the use of the meeting rooms. To help keep the costs down, we have agreed that no hotel staff will be present during the meetings. This also means that the meeting rooms will not be cleaned or reset between uses.

We kindly ask for your cooperation in helping us keep the rooms tidy and pleasant for everyone. When you leave the room, please:

• Take with you everything you brought into the room,

• Dispose of any rubbish,

• Return the tables and chairs to the same arrangement as when you entered.

• Before you go out, turn around once to see if it looks good for the next meeting.

Please note that there has been an error in Sunday's program. It is W 3000 m that applies (not W 5000 m).

Preliminary entries - deadline May 4th  

• Flight arrival and departure times 
• Estimated number of twin rooms 

Binding confirmation of the number of rooms – deadline May 29th   

• The number of twin rooms and possible requests for single rooms   
• We can´t guarantee additional rooms after this date (orders from the hotel)

Final entries - deadline June 28th     

• Room lists including names of all athletes and team officials 
• Name any allergies and person name(s) 
• Individual entries to the competition   
  • NOTE: You will get a link to use at the beginning of June
