Information on deadlines to keep 

Your information is to be sent to info@vis.fi 

Preliminary entries - deadline May 4th  

• Flight arrival and departure times 
• Estimated number of twin rooms 

Binding confirmation of the number of rooms – deadline May 29th   

• The number of twin rooms and possible requests for single rooms   
• We can´t guarantee additional rooms after this date (orders from the hotel)

Final entries - deadline June 28th     

• Room lists including names of all athletes and team officials 
• Name any allergies and person name(s) 
• Individual entries to the competition   
  • NOTE: You will get a link to use at the beginning of June
